About Us
Our company has successfully served the Turkish industry with its deep-rooted history and has been reliable and permanent in its sector.
Our company was established in 1965 by CER-ÇELİK San. and Tic. Kollektif Ltd. Şti. in ISTANBUL/TURKEY.
In 1993, our company went to restructuring and continued its activities as CERMAK Machinery Industry and Trade Inc. in Istanbul TURKEY
In order to reach the aims and the quality targets of our company, it was obligatory to make our own place and in the neighborhood of Tuzla Aydınlı, the construction of a new factory was started in 1998 by taking 11 acres of land. Despite the global and national crises that took place during this period, our company completed its construction and moved to its own factory building in December 2000. Thus, the first ring of the intended quality target has been completed.
ISO 9001: 2000 certification studies, one of our quality targets, were started in March 2003. Our company has obtained the right to receive ISO 9001: 2000 quality certificate as a result of the inspection of the quality certification company TÜV MANAGEMENT SERVICE in August 2003.
Our company will continue to serve the Turkish and World industry by developing and expanding its targets with more advanced technology.

Our company has been operating as a sub-industry (automotive sector-weighted) which manufactures products to main industry.
Our company, which gives importance to quality and system, obtained ISO 9001: 2000 certificate in March 2003 as a result of the examination of ISO 9001: 2000 quality system by TUV Management Service company.
Our company has developed itself from the very moment it was established and has adopted the of continuous improvement by always evaluating customer satisfaction.
Many of the products we produce are taken directly to the assembly line, which is the result of our quality precision.
